A leading logistics platform based in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing content for users and drivers. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing and be adept at managing campaigns. Develop and execute marketing content for users and drivers
Perform target market research, content monitoring for all marketing and communications collaterals
Ability to generate and diversify creative content, including regular targeted emails, case studies, websites, media to attract, convert, and engage targets across different types of customers
Research and investigate topics relevant to the target market
Stay connected with the latest market trends and customer behavior to generate up-to‑date content
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth in Singapore as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related discipline.
At least 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in content and social media marketing, with ownership of campaigns across multiple channels.
Proven ability to develop, execute, and optimise content across social media, email, website, and campaign‑based marketing.
Experience in planning and managing content or social media calendars with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of content performance metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
Ability to research target markets, industry trends, and customer behaviour to inform content strategy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and audience relevance.
Self‑motivated and organised, able to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Experience in tech, logistics, marketplace, or platform‑based businesses, especially those serving multiple customer segments.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to see projects through from concept to execution and optimisation.
Creative mindset grounded in data, able to balance experimentation with performance discipline.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools, content management systems, or marketing automation platforms.
Proactive problem–solver who takes initiative and adapts quickly to feedback and new insights.
