We are one of the largest global private markets investment managers, serving over 800 institutional investors worldwide. We have USD 185 billion in assets under management and around 2,000 professionals across 24offices worldwide. Partners Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to cultural diversity.

What it's about

The Senior Content Expert supports the capital raising and broader business development activities for Partners Group’s Infrastructure platform by creating the full spectrum of client-facing and marketing content. This position combines strong execution capabilities with deeper subject-matter understanding and increased ownership across projects.

You will develop high-quality editorial and visual content across pitchbook, teasers, private placement memorandums (PPM), due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), request for proposal (RFP) responses, investor letters, portfolio updates, and presentations for due diligence events, academies, and other client engagements. You will help ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all our Infrastructure asset class materials.

Key activities
  • Analyze infrastructure market trends, portfolio developments, and investment case studies to craft clear, compelling, and accurate content used across marketing materials and reporting.
  • Produce, review, update, and enhance pitchbooks, PPM sections, product update presentations, client reports, and templates—leveraging data tools and increasingly AI-driven workflows.
  • Work closely with Infrastructure Investment teams and sales teams to maintain deep familiarity with product positioning, recent transactions, valuations, and portfolio activity. Support new product fundraising launches.
  • Prepare targeted content for client events, including investor calls, due diligence days, Academies, and education-focused initiatives.
  • Coordinate and respond to Infrastructure-related client requests, leveraging internal data systems and due diligence materials.
  • Take ownership of defined projects that support the growth and development of the global Infrastructure content function and best practices and standards within the team.
What we expect
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, ideally in investment banking, consulting, infrastructure investing, asset management, or another analytical/editorial role in private markets.
  • Strong academic credentials with a bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, finance, economics, engineering, or another technical field.
  • Demonstrated interest in and understanding of infrastructure investments, private markets, valuation concepts, and institutional investors.
  • Passionate about the growing role of infrastructure as an asset class.
  • Excellent command of written English with strong editorial judgment and the ability to translate complex investment topics into clear, client-ready content.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; comfort using data tools and curiosity about adopting AI-enabled workflows.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple deliverables, coordinate across stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines with zero-defect execution.
  • Ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization and collaborate across investment, sales, and reporting teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership.
What we offer
  • Professional, international, and high-performing work-environment
  • Challenging, rewarding career within a growing company
  • Collaborative environment, with on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities
  • Competitive benefits and wellness package, including medical, dental and vision coverage
  • 25 vacation days annually
  • One-month sabbatical after every five years of service
  • Company paid life and disability insurance
  • Education assistance program
