Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret single-cell and spatial transcriptomics datasets.
  • Design and implement computational pipelines and statistical methods.
  • Develop integrative approaches with multi-omics and clinical datasets.
  • Manage and maintain databases of processed datasets.
  • Participate and present in lab meetings and conferences.
  • Collaborate with wet-lab scientists to validate computational predictions.
  • Document and present results through publications and visualizations.
