Job description
Overview

Support the Regional Head of Commercial Finance in the delivery of both short-term & long-term commercial strategy formulation. Work closely with the DRBUs to provide financial/commercial advice and alignment of the delivery of the commercial KPI’s and ensure effective knowledge transfer within the Region. The role also actively participates in driving APMEA New Category agenda with regional category leads by providing commercial insights and leading effective resource allocation discussions. Furthermore, the role is responsible for the governance of marketing initiatives in the region & expected to support the learning agenda across the Region.

Key accountabilities
  • APME New category lead. Coordinate and direct with the DRBUs and the Regional category team direct the preparation of the financial forecasts (Monthly SOP process).
  • Review New category performance against SLA and NC guardrail application across the markets.
  • Custodian of Marting Governance Framework.
  • Share knowledge with different levels across DRBUs to accelerate the capability building on New Categories commercials.
Experience Required
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience.
  • Commercial finance (Brand / Trade / Pricing & Excise).
  • Corporate planning and reporting.
  • Professional Finance Qualification.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
  • Core finance competency skills.
  • Overall end to end business understanding and value chain knowledge.
