• Experience in healthcare / GP clinic setting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration and temperature taking.
• Handle CHAS, Medisave, and Healthier SG transactions.
• Dispense medication and perform claims submission.
• Provide clinical support during consultations.

Skills

Customer service orientation

Strong IT proficiency

Communication in English

Ability to converse in Mandarin or Malay
