Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing service requests, feedback, and escalations
- Work closely with Client Servicing Manager to onboard and provide value-added services to clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery
- Attend to both existing and new clients on their investment policies, upgrade/new sign-up, or renewal.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product) to resolve client issues swiftly and accurately
- Support client onboarding, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate records and uphold service standards aligned with MAS guidelines
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management within financial services/banking/fintech/commercial sales
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory frameworks, and service workflows
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and client reporting tools
- Local Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, or related field
