Responsibilities

As a Senior/Client Finance Manager, this role supports the Client Service Lead (CSL) for Government key accounts and the Line of Business (LOB) Lead in driving profitability through data-driven and actionable financial insights. The incumbent provides in-depth financial knowledge to improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis. The role also supports Gov+ Strategic Business Group (SBG) as the financial analyst managing SBG overheads and supports the SBG Finance lead in preparation of management reporting.

  • Partner with Business Leaders (CSL / CDL / Delivery Leads / LOB Leads) to manage the overall revenue and profitability of the Key Accounts by providing financial data to stakeholders, including monthly management reporting of actuals and analytical reviews of performance against forecast, budget, and prior year, and formulating annual budgets.
  • Review project financials for projects under Watchlist with CSL/CDL/DL to ensure projections are optimized and aligned with assumptions.
  • Provide advisory and interpretation of accounting standards, policy and procedures to the relevant stakeholders of the Key Accounts.
  • Support stakeholders in ensuring timely and accurate updates of pipelines, billings, revenue forecast, etc., highlighting risks and suggesting mitigation and gap closure plans.
  • Perform the financial analyst role in managing SBG overheads and provide support to Gov+ Finance lead in preparation of management reporting materials and analysis (e.g., MBR and month-end closing).
Process & Operational Improvement

Review, streamline, standardize and recommend new or improved processes or systems to enhance financial management, operational efficiency, effectiveness, compliance and controls.

Follow up and drive improvement in unbilled revenue status to ensure minimal capital charge impact to the key accounts.

Provide operational support for Finance processes including driving sales closure and registration.

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

Any other tasks assigned.

Qualifications
  • 12–15 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and management reporting with exposure to MNC or large enterprise environments and external audit.
  • Strong grasp of accounting standards and financial policies with knowledge of revenue recognition and capitalization standards.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, BPC, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is an added advantage.
  • Domain knowledge of the ICT industry is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Resilient and resourceful in managing deadlines and change.
  • Comfortable acting as a change agent across departments.
  • Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • ACCA/CA equivalent professional certification is a plus.
