Job description

Requirements:

1) A degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognised by the Professional Engineer Board, Singapore, or an equivalent.

2) Minimum 6 years of design experience in Infrastructure and Building projects within a consulting environment.

3) Strong engineering analysis and design skills and knowledge.

4) Competent in common engineering design software and analytical tools.

5) Proficiency or experience in programming skills will be an advantage.

6) Conversant with relevant regulations and the latest authority submission process.

7) Competent in precast concrete design and steel works design.

8) Conversant with local codes and knowledge of the design codes in the region.

9) Capable of working independently, carrying out design, performing peer review, or value engineering on structural solutions

10) Capable of leading the C&S design and submission process in a project.

11) Good planning, organizational, report writing, and communication skills.

12) Proactive, responsible, and keen to work in a team.

13) Keen to learn and take the project leadership role.

14) Eager to upskill and participate in all aspects of the project delivery process.

Job Description :

1) Lead and perform Civil/Structural engineering analysis and design.

2) Perform design, provide technical input and ensure work quality is maintained at the expected standard in a project.

3) Participate in BIM coordination with the assistance of the BIM team.

4) Prepare technical specifications and manage projects.

5) Conduct feasibility studies, engineering assessments, and prepare technical reports.

6) Carry out site inspections and technical reviews, when necessary.

7) Design management and participation in the successful delivery of projects.

8) Attend meetings and manage report and design matters.

9) Liaise with fellow Engineers and/or Consultant team.
