Job summary

A child welfare organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to lead Tinkle Friend Services aimed at enhancing children's well-being. The role involves providing supervision, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the safety and mental health of children. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working with children aged 6-13 and possess strong communication, supervision, and program development skills. An interest in working with various child support systems is essential.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience working with children (6–13 years old) and parents.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Trained in CARG and trauma-informed care.
  • Ability to conduct basic research and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Tinkle Friend Services to support child well-being.
  • Supervise the Tinkle Friend team and ensure child safety.
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on bullying services.
  • Collaborate with parents, educators, and community partners.
