Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/ Project Manager to join the Core Banking IT department, responsible for developing and maintaining an international core banking system. The system includes modules for back-office operations, risk monitoring, accounting, and regulatory reporting, supported by a central data warehouse.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related study;
- Must have experience in Payment systems and Cash management applications particularly in Swift;
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst which includes developing needs analysis, requirements, and operational planning;
- Must have experience in all phases of testing and project management duties such as System Testing, System Integration, End to End, Regression and User Acceptance Testing;
- Must have Functional Testing experience in GPP-SP (Global PayPlus – Service Platform).
Desired Skill-set
- Agile methodology;
- Good Knowledge and working experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle. Maintain up to date test libraries (test scenarios, test cases);
- Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments;
- Experience in following areas is a plus: Retail Banking, Wholesale & Corporate Banking, Corporate commercial Payments, International & Domestic Payments, Payment Hub/Factory, Correspondent Banking, ACH, Real Time Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, Messaging (Swift and ISO);
- Work on complex systems and a challenging international work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team and coordinate software quality assurance activities across internal engineering teams;
- Oversee all phases of testing such as System, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Collaborate with Agile teams and external parties to align test schedules, environments, data, and deliverables;
- Review and develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases;
- Maintain up-to-date test libraries and documentation for UAT, E2E scenarios, test cases;
- Handle test phases for cash and payment systems, including automation;
- Responsible for Defect & Risk Management;
- Lead defect management processes, including tracking, prioritizing, and reporting defects;
- Utilize tools like XRAY and JIRA for test management and defect tracking;
- Generate regular reports on test results and quality metrics.
