Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support global Cash Management and Payments systems, with a focus on functional analysis, Agile delivery, and testing to ensure high-quality, business-aligned solutions.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking IT;
• Strong expertise in Payments Systems (ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, HV payments);
• Must have hands-on experience with Payments Hub, Clearing & Settlement;
• Strong knowledge of payment lifecycle and R-messages;
• Extensive experience in SIT, UAT, SDLC, and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle);
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience with stakeholder management.

Desired Skill-set

• Automation of Test cases using SOAP UI / Selenium and other automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional analysis across Front-to-Back banking processes;
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements;
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios;
• Design and execute SIT/UAT test cases; manage defect triage and resolution;
• Work in Agile/Scrum setup as Business Analyst and Scrum Master/PGroom epics and stories; ensure traceability and quality delivery within sprints;
• Provide payments domain expertise (ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, clearing & settlementCoordinate with global stakeholders, interface teams, and vendors;
• Support solution design, change impact analysis, project controls;
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
