Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise-level initiatives with a strong focus on Business Architecture and Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in large or complex organizations, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. This role requires hands-on experience in business analysis and architecture governance activities, making it essential for shaping business capabilities and operating models.

Qualifications

Role Overview
  • We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst tosupport enterprise-level initiatives with a strong focus on BusinessArchitecture and Enterprise Architecture. This role goes beyond traditionalBA work and plays a key part in shaping business capabilities, operatingmodels, and enterprise roadmaps.
  • The ideal candidate will combine hands-on BA deliverywith a solid understanding of enterprise-wide thinking, working closelywith business leaders, architects, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis (Core BAResponsibilities)
  • Engage business stakeholders togather, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews,and working sessions to understand business processes and pain points
  • Translate business needs intoclear functional and non-functional requirements
  • Develop artefacts such as:
  • Business requirements documents(BRD)
  • Functional specifications
  • Process flows and user journeys
  • Support solution designdiscussions and ensure requirements are clearly understood by delivery teams
  • Act as a bridge between businessand technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Support UAT planning, test casereview, and business sign-off
Enterprise & BusinessArchitecture Responsibilities

Support EnterpriseArchitecture initiatives by contributing to current-state and target-stateassessments

  • Develop and maintain businesscapability maps, value streams, and operating models
  • Work with architects to ensuresolutions align with enterprise standards, principles, and roadmaps
  • Contribute to businessarchitecture artefacts and enterprise documentation
  • Assist in defining targetoperating models and transformation roadmaps
  • Support architecture governanceactivities and design reviews
  • Provide enterprise-level impactanalysis across processes, systems, and capabilities
Key Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in BusinessAnalysis, preferably in large or complex organisations
  • Strong foundation in businessanalysis methodologies and best practices
  • Demonstrated exposure to BusinessArchitecture and Enterprise Architecture
  • Hands-on experience with capabilitymapping, process modelling, and enterprise analysis
  • Exposure to TOGAF or otherenterprise architecture frameworks (certification is a plus)
  • Experience working on large-scaletransformation programmes (ERP, core system, digital initiatives)
  • Strong stakeholder managementskills, including engagement with senior management
  • Excellent communication,documentation, and facilitation skills
