Job description

• SAP HCM Support & Change Management: Manage end-to-end SAP HCM support and change initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Functional Expertise: Provide advanced functional expertise in SAP HCM modules, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Payroll & Time Evaluation: Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Payroll and/or Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs.
• HR & Business Collaboration: Work closely with HR and business teams to identify challenges and propose process or system enhancements.
• System Integrations: Oversee integrations between SAP and external systems to ensure smooth and accurate data exchange.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and internal control standards.
