Job description
    You will be responsible for maximizing performance in sales and profitability, as well as achieving targets for the BCSS channel on a month-on-month basis in coordination with the operations team. Your main duties will include driving sales targets and margins, designing and implementing a sales plan to help the team achieve their business targets, and implementing channel strategy and operation plans for the BCSS channel with a specific focus on Needs-based Selling and Activity Management. You will also be supporting the business planning and implementation process with the Associate Vice President Direct Sales, reviewing the team's progress against the plan, guiding them to success, creating desired sales behavior through the digital sales management process, and ensuring the quality and persistency of the business.To be successful in this role, you should have a total of 6+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years of team management experience. Experience in the BFSI industry will be preferred. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a Graduate degree, and the ideal age range is between 28 to 45 years. Strong skills in sales planning, team management, and a high achievement drive are preferred.This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus associated with the job.,
