• Provide professional advice on customers’ skin and weight management needs
• Assist with facial, slimming, and hair removal treatments if required
• Manage front desk tasks, including payment collection and appointment scheduling

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales and hands-on facial, slimming, and hair removal treatments
• Beauty certificate is an added advantage (training will be provided)
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in slimming, facial, and other beauty services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Ability to provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on customers’ needs
• Good organizational skills to manage appointments and follow-up with clients
• Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
• Basic computer literacy to manage booking systems and customer records
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
