Strategy Solutions Services – Raffles Place

We are looking for a skilled professional to support our Members' Lounge in Raffles Place.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in the Members' Lounge.
• Prepare and handle cocktails.
• Involve in basic food preparation and duties (mainly bar snacks).
• Monitor purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality and price for all purchases.
• Address member complaints/feedback and advise the duty manager on corrective actions taken.
• Work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). Weekends and public holidays off.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in F&B establishments focusing on cocktails.
• Working knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and preparation.
• Keen learner, self‑motivated and independent.
• Good presentation skills and an eye for detail.
• Experience in back‑of‑house operations is a plus.
• Food Safety Certification is a must.
