Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end operations of autonomous bus services.
• Oversee the planning and deployment of Safety Operators.
• Monitor fleet performance and coordinate maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations.
• Provide leadership to site-level teams, ensuring high performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and safety requirements.
• Leverage fleet management systems to track KPIs and reports.
• Develop and implement contingency strategies for service disruptions.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement within operations.
• Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures.
