A regional health office in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to lead precinct planning efforts aimed at improving community health delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance care and engagement. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare, along with strong project management and analytical skills.
NUHS Regional Health System Office works with internal stakeholders and community partners to develop and implement initiatives to improve population health and promote preventive health. Together, we strive to build a healthy and engaged population in the West, empowered to live well and age well in their home and in the community.
The incumbent will be responsible to drive precinct planning efforts to support the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to enhance the delivery of community care and improve population health in the Western Region. This is to be achieved in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
