Job Description

  • Primarilyinvolved in corporate finance assignments including financial duediligence, business valuation / valuation for IFRS and M&A advisoryassignments.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects relating to forensic accounting, fraud investigation and litigation support assignments.
  • Possess financial reporting and valuation knowledge and be able to draft insightful reports and memos.
  • Plan, execute and manage engagements effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate confidently with clients and manage their needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • A degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
