📍 Location: Kent Ridge, Singapore (West Region)
🕒 Work Hours: Office Hours (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Flexibility required for occasional weekend coverage during VIP/VVIP visits
📌 Type: Full-Time

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines:

Hospitality

Business

Other related fields

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or premium service environments

💰 Salary Range:

SGD 3,000 – 4,200

Act as the primary liaison for VVIP, VIP, and CIP patients, ensuring a seamless and personalized care journey

Provide concierge-level service from pre-admission to post-discharge

Coordinate and manage:

Medical appointments, procedures, admissions, and follow-ups

Logistics including scheduling, transport, documentation, and real-time communication

Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion

Respond to inquiries via email and phone, including those from general practitioners (GPs)

Support with treatment cost estimates, billing, and insurance matters

Maintain communication with referring GPs regarding patient outcomes and services

Work staggered hours, including weekends, based on client needs

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong written communication for professional correspondence

High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive situations

Cultural competence and sensitivity when working with international clientele

Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
