Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic individual to provide administrative support to the Development Lead and Division by maintaining office operations and coordinating key activities. In this role, you will maintain the upkeep of office equipment, coordinate travel requirements and administration, support visits to various offices, and ensure accurate invoice processing with timely system requests for billing.

Your responsibilities will include data management and reporting by maintaining department documents and records, whilst supporting strategic decision-making through report generation and analytics. Additionally, you will serve as the central coordination point for divisional meetings by organising schedules, coordinating agendas, taking meeting minutes and ensuring seamless logistics including venue and equipment arrangements. You will play a vital role in keeping critical project on track by monitoring ramp-up activities and timelines and transform strategic plans into successful outcomes.

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience in administrative work
  • Well versed in IT skills such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
