Responsibilities
  • Assess customer loan requirements and work out a sound loan scheme to suit every individual.
  • Assist customer from loan application up to disbursement stage (Including submission of cases through Loan Evaluation and Approval System (LEAPS)).
  • Ability to sell a wide range of financial products (set by BU), including Life and General Insurance.
  • Show flats duties and agency networking sessions are required from time to time.
  • Ability to network and build rapport with external stakeholders (property and insurance agents, corporations, professional bodies and other potential referral agents) to support potential sales referrals is a must.
  • Ensure sound control and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements particularly regarding documentation to customer and 3rd parties/business partners.
  • Ability to interact with customer of all levels.
  • Achieve high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
  • University Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar sales experience in consumer products or mortgage loans.
  • Ability to network and build rapport with external stakeholders (property and insurance agents, corporations, professional bodies and other potential referral agents or brokers).
  • Strong passion for sales along with good presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Excellent networking capabilities, preferably with an established client and referral base.
