🏥 Job Overview

Position: Senior Assistant Manager, HR Medical Manpower

Location: One North, Singapore (West Region)

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Work Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (flexible start/end times to align with clinicians' schedules)

Salary Range: S$5,000 – S$6,600/month

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Manpower Planning: Strategize and monitor specialist manpower needs, map specialty pipelines, and identify workforce gaps.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring of medical specialists.
  • Performance Management: Support clinician performance reviews, data analysis, and promotion processes.
  • Policy Development: Stay updated on HR policies and healthcare regulations; recommend improvements.
  • Advisory Role: Provide guidance on HR policies, manpower planning, and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coach junior HR executives.
  • Project Work: Handle ad hoc assignments as needed.
