A public organization in Singapore seeks a Senior Assistant Director (Strategic Planning and Transformation) to collaborate with senior management and lead strategic initiatives. The Senior Assistant Director (Strategic Planning and Transformation) will have the opportunity to work closely with Tripartite Alliance Limited (TAL)’s senior management to lead and drive the review of the company’s vision, mission, branding and core values. He or she will partner TAL’s business units closely to identify key areas for transformation, guide the development of plans and strategies and spearhead the building of new capabilities to achieve strong and effective business outcomes. He or she will also need to oversee the strategic planning cycle and organisational strategy roadmap, which will include horizon scanning to understand emerging trends and regular strategic business reviews and priority settings for TAL and its business units.

Position is on a 2-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of TAL with an option to renew, contingent upon performance and subject to the organisation's needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
