Responsibilities

The projects that we are involved in covers a very broad spectrum including commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-development, residential, healthcare, infrastructure etc.

• Project Management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned.
• Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues.
• Keep updated on contractual and authorities\' requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary institution
• Minimum 6 years post graduate experience
• Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission process and guidelines
• Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
