Job summary

A leading architecture firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Architect to coordinate site inspections and manage projects from inception to handover. Candidates should hold a relevant degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 5 years’ post-graduate experience in various project types such as Commercial and Retail. This role requires good team spirit, independence, and knowledge of local building regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience in Architectural schematic design.
• Experience in design development and project administration.
• Good portfolio of project work showcasing different project types.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances.
• Manage project from start to handover including tender preparation.
• Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances
• Project management from start to handover, tender preparation and detailing
• Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues

What you will need:

• Enthusiastic individuals with good team spirit
• A recognised relevant university degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience in Architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects particularly in Commercial Retail/Office and Attractions
• Good portfolio of project work
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Possess good knowledge of local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and compliance ability
