What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape, or related field.
  • ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in landscape or arboricultural operations.
What You’ll Do
  1. Lead and supervise operations staff, arborists, and contractors in day-to-day field activities.
  2. Conduct tree inspections and assessments, recommending treatments and maintenance plans.
  3. Plan and oversee pruning, trimming, and removal works following arboricultural best practices.
  4. Manage landscape and tree projects from start to completion — ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  6. Build strong client relationships and support business growth through quality service delivery.
  7. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new landscape and arboriculture staff.
  8. Business Development Support in identify new business opportunities within the operations and arboriculture sectors. [ Sales Project Incentive will be given ]
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, costings, and technical inputs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
