Job description

We are looking for a Senior Application Developer for an established MNC to join their development team. This person is responsible for system development and maintenance based on product requirements, current system design and instructions given by the team lead. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of active hands‑on experience in application development, independent, good organization, communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend business requisites and translate them into integral features within applications.
• Rectify and debug applications, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Develop product features and continuous improvement.
• Code robust and high‑quality source programs to deliver complete applications within specified timelines.
• Conduct comprehensive functional and non‑functional testing prior to application releases.
• Generate and maintain technical documents.

Requirements

• Possession of a university degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience of at least 5 years in active application development.
• Proficiency in crafting web‑based application development using technologies such as ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, Angular JS, Vue.js, and SQL Server (2012 or later).
• In depth knowledge and experience in UI framework such as Vue.js, Angular or React.
• Experience working with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS etc.).
• Exposure to project development within an Agile Scrum Methodology framework.
• Understanding Azure technologies and applying source control management with Git.
• Strong trouble shooting skills and high attention to details.
• Knowledge of Parallel Programming, optimization, and Microservice will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written), Team Player, Responsible and self‑organizing.
