We are looking for an antitrust and/or regulatory litigator with excellent judgment and strong communication skills and a proven track record to handle the day-to-day progress of litigation matters in the APAC region and India. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has significant experience in handling sophisticated competition and/or regulatory-related cases at the trial court and appellate levels. This role requires a litigator with highly efficient time management skills and the ability to strategically run litigation matters from beginning to end.

Description

As a member of Apple's case management team, you will do more than supervise outside counsel.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive strategy while working closely with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas
• Collaborate with outside counsel while maintaining hands on involvement
• Apply judgement in a fast-paced, trail-focused environment
• Join an inclusive, collaborative, and encouraging team of lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests
• Travel as required for case-related work

Minimum Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including strong experience leading competition and/or regulatory-related litigation
• Significant experience working with experts and expert-related discovery
• Experience in handling matters across geographies in region
• Juris Doctor or equivalent with admission in a relevant jurisdiction

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technology interest and competence
• Relevant trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation
• Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential
