Join our Global IT MES team and make an impact at scale. We are looking for a passionate Analyst / Senior Analyst to support and enhance our global Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) landscape. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical systems, including OpCenter (formerly Camstar), 3Shape, ETQ, and other integrated applications such as Industrial Test Systems (ITS) and BuyDesign, used across our worldwide operations.

What you will do

MES Application support and Problem Analysis:

  • Perform new release rollout and system administration on Application Servers
  • Ensuring system and data is available for daily processing of Work orders
  • Daily tasks include the incident tickets, system failure, optimizing application performance
  • Perform root cause analysis for major issues
  • Manage the application support including working with External Service Providers and System Integrators to resolve application issues
  • Provide support to other integration tasks, E.g. ERP, Modelling Tools, Test System applications.

Process Improvement and Management:

  • Analyze the business process and provide possible IT solution that could optimized and improve the process, the scope includes SCM process.
  • Knowledge in Software Design, Software life cycle methodology
  • Develop and translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Coordinate MES application related testing & test design for the manufacturing team
  • Manufacturing experience and working knowledge of plant operations, production controls systems, MES and ERP applications will be plus.

Project:

  • Provide project support throughout the lifecycle (Initiation->Planning->Execution->Delivery->Support) for the identified project and system rollout
  • Review operation environment periodically to ensure that the operation is effective and sustainable
  • Managed Cross functional across multiple sites and teams.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with good technical knowledge with hands on experience on various IT technologies
  • Good communication skill and proficient in translating complex logics and deliver in clear and precise message
  • Good stakeholder management with external vendors, cross-functional teams, and team members
  • Experience in managing CRs and projects; able to define project timelines, manage stakeholders' expectations, identify and prioritize critical tasks.
