Overview

We’re seeking a Senior AI Motion Designer to create high-impact videos, motion graphics, and AI-generated content that power our product, brand, and marketing initiatives. You’ll be at the forefront of blending traditional design with cutting-edge AI tools—pushing creative boundaries, driving efficiency, and delivering polished multimedia experiences.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $7,000 (basic) + AWS +VB

Responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and video content for product, brand, and marketing.
• Edit and enhance videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific optimization.
• Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Runway, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Pika) to create images, animations, and videos.
• Experiment with emerging AI design platforms to expand creative capabilities.
• Integrate AI-generated assets with traditional workflows for production-ready deliverables.
• Collaborate with product, brand, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
• Research, test, and share best practices on new AI and multimedia technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in multimedia design, with expertise in motion graphics and video editing.
• Skilled in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both motion/video projects and AI-driven work.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving tools and workflows.
• Excellent visual storytelling and brand alignment skills.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in tech, gaming, or entertainment multimedia projects.
• Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Spline, Cinema 4D).
• Familiarity with social media creative formats and trends.
