Job summary

A leading aerospace firm in Singapore seeks a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to oversee policy implementation and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the aerospace sector. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in EHS, with training & audit experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Trained or certified WSH Safety Officer.
• Knowledge of LEAN methodology is an advantage.

• Define and maintain the HSE policy in compliance with regulations.
• Lead and coordinate HSE teams, ensuring development and upskilling.
• Drive key HSE performance indicators and report to management.
• Manage safety training programs and awareness campaigns.
