Job description

To provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner

To carry out sourcing and purchasing duties

To prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports

To coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes

To assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases

To assist in the dealings and correspondences with tenants

To perform general administrative and clerical duties including liaising with the Authorities on admin matter

Requirements

Min. Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent

Good communications and interpersonal skills

Good command of spoken and written English

Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required

Systematic, organized and meticulous
