  • Handle full sets of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year end audit activities.
  • Oversee and review the work of junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide advisory work on accounting to clients.
  • Perform accurate data entry to accounting systems.
  • Compile and organize accounts schedules and working papers for client use.
  • Prepare documentation to support audit requirements.
  • Ensure schedules are accurate, detailed, and organized.
  • Prepare accounting schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments, and accruals.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA)

As an Senior Accounts Executive (Accounting Firm), you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Handle full sets of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year end audit activities.
  • Oversee and review the work of junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide advisory work on accounting to clients.
  • Perform accurate data entry to accounting systems.
  • Compile and organize accounts schedules and working papers for client use.
  • Prepare documentation to support audit requirements and facilitate smooth audits.
  • Ensure schedules are accurate, detailed, and organized for easy reference.
  • Prepare necessary accounting schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments, accurals, loan, hire purchase, etc
  • Other adhoc accounting functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA).
