Job Summary
Work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver accurate and timely Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales & Stock reports that drive effective and efficient company operations. Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures within the office environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to prepare and deliver sales and stock reports that support operational decision-making and business performance monitoring
- Process quotations, invoices, and related client documents accurately to maintain smooth financial transactions
- Coordinate with Store, Marketing Department, and Transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Maintain administrative and financial reports and files, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and up-to-date records for operational transparency
- Prepare reports and documents that enable other teams to make informed and effective decisions
- Monitor and coordinate distributors’ and regional offices’ incoming and outgoing receiving and delivery reports to ensure logistical accuracy
- Track distributors’ orders post-delivery, following up promptly on any missing orders to maintain order fulfillment integrity
- Perform data entry and conduct quarterly physical stock-takes with subsequent stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy
- Execute accounts-related duties as assigned to support financial operations
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager to support business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Senior Accounts Executive with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by clear and concise communication in both written and verbal formats
