A local recruiting firm seeks an experienced Accountant/Senior Accountant to handle financial reporting for their Singapore HQ and Taiwan branch. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy (CA qualification preferred).
• Strong understanding of SFRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards).
• Hands-on, meticulous, and able to pick up new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-spectrum accounting for Singapore HQ and the Taiwan branch.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and submit reports to HQ.
• Consolidate results for Singapore and Taiwan entities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics for Project WIP costing.
• Review inventory aging quarterly.
• Manage cash flow forecasts and budgeting for SG and TW.
• Review staff claims and supplier payments; monitor outstanding debts (AR).
• Handle quarterly GST reconciliation and liaise with auditors/tax agents.
• Assist with administrative matters (document signing, etc.).
