Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts for Singapore and Vietnam subsidiaries.
• Review product costing reports for manufacturing plants.
• Responsible for transfer pricing documentation.
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent for audits and planning.
• Ensure timely payments in Accounts Payable.
• Implement ERP system improvements.

• 5 Days (8:15am - 5:15pm)
• Basic Salary: $5,000 - $8000 + Bonus + Medical Benefits
• Office Nearby Bedok MRT, Singapore

Requirements [ Mull fulfill all 4 requirements ]

1. QualifiedACCA or CPA is a must for this post.
2. Minimum 8 years experiences and minimum 3 years as Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager.
3. Must have experience in MNC Company with at least 200 headcount.
4. Able to travel within Southeast Asia and up to 3 times yearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full set of Accounts for Singapore and its Vietnam subsidiaries
• Review and analyse product costing reports for manufacturing plants
• Responsible for transfer price and the required documentations between Singapore and other Asia manufacturing plants
• Liaise with auditor & tax agent on subsidiary audit/tax matters and including tax planning to maximise tax savings
• Responsible for GST filing and work with external consultants for MES renewal
• Supervise the Account Payable function to ensure timely payments
• Implement improvements / enhancements in ERP systems to increase work efficiencies
