A leading design company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Account Servicing professional to oversee client engagements and project execution. You will act as the primary interface for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely management of project requirements. With a focus on maintaining strong relationships, you will lead meetings, manage documentation, and coordinate stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills.

Job description

The Senior Account Servicing role acts as the primary client interface, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and continuity throughout the project lifecycle. This role coordinates stakeholder inputs, manages expectations, and facilitates decision‑making across multiple parties, while ensuring project requirements, feedback, and approvals are accurately translated into the design and delivery process. With oversight of scope, timelines, and service quality, the Senior Account lead supports smooth execution and maintains a strong working partnership between the client, consultants, and production teams.

Responsibilities
  • Project lead for pitch and production
  • Chair and facilitate meetings including taking minutes of meeting
  • Attend tender briefing and prepare tender documents for submission
  • Management of internal project team and external suppliers
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintain proper project correspondence and documentation
  • Managing each project on time and within budget
  • Managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for clients
  • Prepare necessary materials for meetings and presentation
  • Ensure delivery of quality works within the planning timeline
  • Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures and standards are followed
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in managing turnkey design & build for exhibition, gallery & museum projects
  • Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills, articulate and confident
  • Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period
  • Prepared to work outside normal hours, as required
  • Strong team player and accommodating attitude
  • Strong work ethic and professional always
  • Well organised and able to work on own initiative, prioritising workload as required
