The role provides comprehensive communication scope in terms of consumer PR, IMC and regional marketing, with a focus on tech (smartphone, wearables, EV) and lifestyle (fashion, photography, travel, etc.).
You will work closely with multiple key stakeholders, including regional media/KOL partners across Southeast Asia, internal teams and partner agencies to deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing client relationships, exhibiting best practice in client handling
- Counselling clients confidently and maturely on communications including both IMC and consumer PR, other experience across marketing levers like digital, social, e-commerce would be a plus
- Contributing to client development plans and overseeing and driving PR-related client campaigns
- Taking responsibility for managing team members, developing and coaching junior team members, and line management responsibilities
- Assisting with overall financial management – forecasting, hours allocation for team members, project & plan budgeting, managing servicing levels
Requirements:
- At least 6-8 years of agency experience in agency background in APAC region
- Experience in consumer clients and lifestyle, fashion, music, arts, travel or tech brand is preferred
- Able to lead the project/working team to be the leading agency for IMC communications and PR planning and implementation.
- Good planning skills bilingually, possess strong presentation skills and be able to clearly communicate messaging.
- Able to lead the process of material development and content creation, seeding and KOL management that drive impression, engagement, talk-ability and brand preference.
- Strong ownership/leadership and ensure that project team can move on in progress as well as provide deadlines based on DDL.
- Able to switch the roles in-between retainer team as well as project teams dynamically.
- Great communication/coordination skills in the collaboration over cross-function/account teams
- Previous experience of coaching and managing more junior employees.
- Enthusiastic in lifestyle brand building, dynamic and proactive team player with a strong can-do attitude.
