• GL monthly financial account closing.

• Complete full AR scope for Singapore and Batam.

Job description

Role & Responsibility

• GL monthly financial account closing (Singapore & Batam)
• Balance sheet schedule updates, GST reporting and audit process.
• Accounts for CAPEX
• Budgeting & forecasting – analyse/gather explanations on actual P&L performance
• Full AR (Accounts Receivable) scope for Singapore and Batam
• Partial AP (Accounts Payable) scope for Batam (key in AP Payment inside ACCPAC & interco between Singapore and Batam account)
• Adhoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy with more than 3 years of full sets work experience.
• Knowledge of ACCPAC software (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines to complete tasks diligently
• Meticulous, confident, organized and willingness to learn
• Able to speak English and Chinese as need to handle this language group of clients
