The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Account Executive to lead key client relationships and drive the successful delivery of our most ambitious projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, taking full ownership of their accounts while guiding our internal creative and production teams. Your deep expertise in campaign strategy and production will be instrumental in delivering exceptional work and fostering significant account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Leadership: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building trust and providing strategic counsel to help them achieve their marketing objectives.
• Campaign Planning: Translate client briefs into actionable creative strategies and project plans. Develop timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Shoot & Production Management: Take the lead in organizing all logistical aspects of video and photo shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, talent coordination, and crew management.
• Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our directors, videographers, and art department to ensure creative output is on-brief, on-brand, and exceeds client expectations.
• Project Execution: Drive projects forward, manage client feedback, and proactively solve problems to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Growth & Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within your portfolio of clients.

Who You Are

• You have 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Producer) within a creative agency, advertising agency, or production company.
• You have a proven track record of leading and growing major client accounts, with deep industry experience in the retail, alcohol, beauty, or luxury sectors.
• You are an expert in strategic campaign planning and have extensive hands-on experience overseeing complex, high-budget photo and video productions.
• You are a polished communicator and confident leader, capable of commanding a room and steering senior clients toward bold creative solutions.
• You possess strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing significant budgets.
• You are a natural leader and a strategic thinker, able to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
