The ideal candidate should possess at least a Master's Degree and excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Responsibilities include providing admissions counselling, preparing performance reports, and driving business development initiatives. Candidates with prior experience in education and strong networks in China are preferred. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

ILC was established in 2013, is a boutique student care Company, taking care of students from China for their Secondary and Tertiary Education in Singapore.

ILC is committed to help its student to excel in education and also life skills.

ILC handles a wide range of student services include school selection, pre-enrolment preparation, enrolment and guardianship, monitoring student progress, arranging short practical workshops, as well as consultation and tuition services.

We are looking for an Senior Academic Consultant to join our current team to delivery of our services and managing the students.

The post holder will have extensive experience of working with students from China, comfortable with student, and liaising with their parents, providing monthly progress report of the student.

Job Description

• Conceptualise and execute innovative business development ideas to drive revenue growth
• Provide admissions counselling services to prospective students and parents on studying in Singapore.
• Consistently provide service excellence for clientele
• Build rapport and engage regularly with both current and prospective parents.
• Prepare student performance report and analyse result with parents
• Possess competent knowledge of Secondary education system and offerings
• Attend to prospective students and parents and provide them with their education options.
• Follow up on student enquiries (emails and WeChat messagges) to ensure that all queries are attended to
• Participate and contribute in student recruitment activities such as events and seminars
• After-sales services that includes processing student accommodation, student processing etc...

Jobs Requirement

• Overseas graduate ideal; candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in any field
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese to handle Chinese students and parents
• Preferably have strong network in China
• Possess strong business development skills
• Motivated and self-driven to achieve set targets
• Excellent customer service and relationship management
• Experience with school or university admission and selection processes
• Candidate with past experience in the education industry will be advantageous
• Handle administrative tasks relating to new students enrolment.
