Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly work for production, including building wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Assemble, modify, and rework components based on drawings, instructions, and process documents.
• Use hand tools and machines such as soldering iron, crimpers, heat gun, power screwdriver.
• Prepare and clean parts before production and identify wires using color code standards.
• Support new product builds, inventory handling, and cycle count activities.
• Meet daily production and quality targets while supporting teamwork and continuous improvement.
