We are looking for someone who has

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a security leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Capability to problem solve and make rational decisions under pressure
• Experience leading complex incident investigations and driving timely, effective solutions
• Strong communication and proactive follow-through
• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays, particularly during major club events and peak seasons

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Lead and manage the Security team; overseeing staffing, deployment, training, and performance to ensure operational excellence
• Review, develop, and continuously enhance the organization’s security policies, protocols, and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
• Lead end-to-end incident investigation and management, ensuring all security incidents are properly investigated, reported, reviewed, and resolved with corrective actions implemented
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the Club through effective risk management strategies and action plans
• Ensure a safe and secure club environment through proactive communication of security matters, providing security expertise and collaborating with respective stakeholders to establish and enforce effective security protocols
• Foster a strong culture of security awareness and ownership across the club through training programs and initiatives
