Security Engineer (Associate)

Location: Singapore

Job Summary

As a security engineer, you will need to have strong experience in cybersecurity engineering with a focus on deployment, configuration, and optimization of security tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Tool Deployment & Management:
  • Deploy, configure, and optimize security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, AV, Vulnerability Management, DLP, PAM, IAM, WAF, and IDS/IPS.
  • Manage and maintain native cloud security solutions on AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP.
• Hands-on Experience:
  • Work with at least two of the following tools:
  • XDR: Trend Micro Vision One
  • Vulnerability Management: Tenable SC, (link unavailable)
  • PAM: BeyondTrust
  • DLP: Trellix
• Incident Management:
  • Manage incidents, including zero-day vulnerabilities, patching, and misconfigurations.
  • Roll out security solutions from Proof of Concept (POC) to full deployment.
• Testing & Vendor Coordination:
  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with vendors.
• Technical Skills:
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Unix expertise
  • Shell scripting proficiency
