Qualifications

• 10 years in senior finance or accounting roles within manufacturing.
• 5 years managing teams of five from US MNC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing for regional entities.
• Coordinate with local teams on tax filings and regulatory adherence.
• Supervise statutory audits and liaise with auditors.
• Develop financial controls aligned with corporate standards.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with leadership on growth strategies and efficiencies.
• Oversee regional liquidity and optimize treasury functions.
• Mentor finance staff and promote process improvements.

Skills

Strong knowledge of US GAAP

Strong knowledge of IFRS

Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia tax regulations

Proficiency in SAP systems

Experience in financial reporting tools like Hyperion or OneStream
