Job Description

• Manage the incidents and change related to SAP SD area, ensure timely closure of incident and change within the SLA.
• Should gather business needs and provide recommendation on the best practices in SAP SD.
• Configure and maintain SD related configurations and master data.
• Should collaborate with other SAP Modules to provide resolutions.
• Develop plan and execute unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance test.
• To work with customer and external consultant to provide required information related to SAP SD.
• To prepare RCA of SAP SD related issue.
• Provide end-user training and support for SAP SD processes.
• Served as subject matter expert and leveraged experience to improve an existing environment
• Work closely with project team to provide solution and drive continuous improvement initiative.

Technical Skill

• Good understanding of SAP SD configuration and customization for ECC & S/4HANA.
• Experience in pricing, billing, order processing, delivery and credit management,
• Strong understanding on integration to SAP Modules like FI,MM,PP and third party products.to other functional modules.
• Understanding of SAP tables, BAPIs, BADIs and User Exits in SAP SD.
• Understanding of Fiori apps for SAP SD Processes.
• Debugging knowledge and working with ABAP developers.
• Should worked on some ITSM tools (Remedy, ServiceNow etc.)

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD modules.
• Should have minimum experience of one full lifecycle SAP implementation projects and one support project.
