What You’ll Do:

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic roadmaps.
• Partner closely with designers and Tech Product Owners to define and refine product features, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support smooth planning, development, and delivery of product increments.
• Gather, interpret, and analyze customer and usage insights to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for squad-level delivery, ensuring alignment with the broader product vision and organizational priorities.
• Validate completed work against acceptance criteria, ensuring that outcomes meet expected quality and business value.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably within Agile squads or cross-functional digital product teams.
• Background in Salesforce implementation engagements, with working knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Strong ability to translate product vision into detailed and actionable user stories and backlog items.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset, using insights, metrics, and customer research to guide decisions and improvements.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale or multi-market digital products.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and structured customer research methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Product Owner/Manager) are advantageous.
