• The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the system.
• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

• 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects
• Must be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Masteratlar aunque equivalent.
