Job Description
  • Liaise between the Sales and Technical Support teams on project-related issues
  • Ensure timely scheduling and completion of all deliveries and pickups
  • Handle the preparation and dispatch of outgoing equipment
  • Follow up with the Purchasing team on the delivery status of equipment to project sites
  • Maintain well-organized documentation to support payment processes, including invoices, POs, service agreements, project logs, and necessary approvals
  • Work with the Accounts team to process invoices for dispatched equipment
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for specific systems
  • Prepare handover documentation for client delivery
  • Assemble and duplicate operational manuals as needed
  • Research and retrieve brochures and technical specifications online to update equipment catalogs
  • Update and compile catalogs for clients and consultants to reflect any product or equipment changes
  • Create Testing & Commissioning documentation and user guides
  • Submit warranty cards to manufacturers and maintain accurate records of warranty durations
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Coordinator role
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office
